Saving as many lives as we can! While this was already a busy week preparing our big Sunday event, we have rescued 10 dogs from rural shelters. and we are transporting them to our partners in Chicago where they will be promptly adopted. In Florida, the situation in many shelters is desperate, everyone is full, and dogs and cats keep coming in with no end in sight. There is no way we could find a home locally for all these dogs, so we rely on transport and partnerships with our friends up north. It’s expensive, as we have to pay for vaccines and health certificate, housing and transport. But their life is so worth it. If you want to help, every little bit helps really.
